Thomas C. Marconi, Esquire, a Delaware native, formed Losco & Marconi, P.A. with Daniel R. Losco, Esquire in August of 1996 after six years as an associate in the business and commercial section of Prickett, Jones, Elliott, Kristol & Schnee. Mr. Marconi’s practice areas include: commercial litigation, personal injury, administrative law, residential and commercial real estate conveyancing and land use and zoning. His clients include: M & T Bank, Westover Companies, D.R. Horton Company, General Growth Properties and Boscov’s. Mr. Marconi is also the President of a small real estate investment company which owns and manages residential and commercial properties.
Mr. Marconi graduated from the University of Delaware in 1982 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He is a 1989 graduate of the Widener University School of Law. Between 1982 and 1989, Mr. Marconi held various positions at the former MBNA America Bank, N.A. Between September 1989 and August 1990, Mr. Marconi served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Norman A. Barron on the Superior Court of the State of Delaware in and for New Castle County. Between March 1997 and August 2000, Mr. Marconi served as the Chairman of the New Castle County Board of Adjustment pursuant to an appointment by the County Executive, and after confirmation by the New Castle County Council.
Mr. Marconi is currently a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Marconi stays active in the community by participating in local charity events. When not pursuing professional and community interests, Mr. Marconi enjoys golf, cooking and home renovation projects. He currently lives in North Wilmington with his wife, Lisa and two of their four children.
